We value your privacy and want to make it easy for you to manage your account with Releaf App. An account is not required to use Releaf App. If you have been using the app without an account, you may not have any personally identifiable information stored with us. If you wish to delete your account, follow the instructions below. Please note that once your account is deleted, all your personally identifiable information (PII) will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Your session data will be retained in an anonymized format for research and analytics purposes, in compliance with applicable laws.

How to Delete Your Account

To delete your account, complete the following steps:

1. Send an email to feedback@releafapp.com with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request."

2. Include the following information in your email to help us process your request:

   • Your registered email address.

We will process your request within 7-10 business days and notify you via email once your account has been deleted. Please make sure to also delete the app from your device.

Important Information

• Data Deletion: All personally identifiable information (PII), such as your email address and other optional details (e.g., age, gender, state, zip code, birth year, and reasons for using cannabinoids), will be removed from our systems. Remaining session data will be anonymized and no longer linked to you.

• Irreversibility: Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored. If you wish to use our app again, you will need to create a new account.
