Getting Started

We recommend running sessions between 20 minutes and four hours to maximize the amount of meaningful data recorded.

When you are ready to end your session, tap the “End” button in the upper righthand corner of the screen, then tap the appropriate action:

• Continue session – return to your active session.
• End & save – end your session and save your data. You will then be given the opportunity to rate how successful your session was.
• Discard session – end your session without saving your data, and be returned to your Session Dashboard.
